These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of globaleducator.net and our bilingual AI-enhanced K-12 education services, including the unified dashboard, virtual learning platforms, AI tools (Asksia AI, Storypie, ScillaLearning, Oliv.IA, Arcana AI, MND Kids), CTE programs, and all related content. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you are a parent/guardian or school administrator, you represent that you have authority to bind the student or institution.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• Our services are for educational use by K-12 students, parents, educators, schools, districts, charters, and agencies.

• Users under 18 must have parental or school consent. Accounts are created by schools or authorized adults.

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. We may suspend accounts for misuse.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for legitimate educational purposes:

• Permitted: Accessing bilingual curricula, completing AI-assisted lessons, uploading files for personal study, participating in virtual diplomas or CTE certification.

• Prohibited: Commercial use, reverse engineering AI tools, generating harmful/inappropriate content, harassing others, violating any student’s privacy, or using the platform for non-educational purposes (including juvenile justice program misuse).

3. Intellectual Property

• All content, curricula, and AI-generated materials (stories, visuals, lessons) are owned by Global Educator or our licensors/partners. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for educational use only.

• AI outputs (e.g., Storypie stories, Arcana visuals) may not be redistributed or claimed as your own work without attribution.

• User-uploaded content (transcripts, projects) remains your property, but you grant us a license to process it for service delivery.

4. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Educational outcomes are not guaranteed. AI tools are assistive only; final academic responsibility lies with students, parents, and schools.

• We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that AI-generated content is error-free, culturally perfect, or suitable for every learner.

• Services are provided “AS IS.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Limitation of Liability: Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid to us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access for violations of these Terms or at a school’s request. Upon termination, licenses end immediately.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. You agree to waive jury trials and class actions.

7. Miscellaneous

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

• If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

• We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These documents are tailored to our bilingual AI-enhanced K-12 programs and comply with applicable U.S. education privacy laws (FERPA, COPPA, ESSA). Schools and districts entering partnership agreements will receive additional service-specific terms.
