Our Mission
Coming out of the pandemic, we realized that the future of the world will be hybrid. Therefore, it goes to reason that the learning needs to be hybrid. It is essential that teaching and learning provide students, with the skills to enter this new workforce. This is the future of education. That's when our team decided to create Global Educators.
Here at Global Educator, our mission is to place as many highly-trained teachers into as many classrooms as is possible. We firmly believe that no child should ever miss the opportunity to learn.
Our History
Global Educator was founded by a group of Chicago-based educators who anticipated the severe teacher shortage coming out of the pandemic.
Our solution? Forging a relationship with several state governments in Mexico where there is a surplus of highly experienced, certificate-holding, bilingual teachers.
Our company recruits and places teachers physically in the US through the J1 visa program, as well as provides teachers who teach virtually from their homes in Mexico.
