Recruitment Standards

Our Talented Teachers: are certified in the country they reside as a teacher; have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience, have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, have a Master’s Degree from a local university, and are English language certification. CEF B2 or equivalent. Beyond that our teachers are much more than credentials, experience, and intelligence, they are: kind, inspire, builders, positive, empathetic, and compassionate.

Our Core Principles

This core purpose of education can be broken down into four basic purposes: personal, social, cultural, and economic. It should enable young people to engage with the world around them as well as internally. Help shape them into active, compassionate citizens. Broaden diverse perspectives and enhance cultural understanding. And provide a base for economic stability and independence.

Our Educators

We require that our teachers also give back to their communities. Their skills and knowledge are invaluable, yet many students, particularly in underserved communities, do not have access to highly qualified and trained teachers. Pulling from our pool of talented teachers offers us the opportunity to provide high impact tutoring programs to these communities.
